Cremica Agro Foods Limited was originally incorporated on 6th September, 1989 as a Private Limited Company in the name & style of “Cremica Agro Foods Private Limited” under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 with Registrar of Companies, Punjab, H. P. & Chandigarh at Chandigarh vide registration No. 16-09676. However, The company was converted into a Public Limited Company w.e.f 15th January, 1993. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is L15146PB1989PLC009676.
The shares of the Company were listed and permitted to trade on OTCEI [Over the Counter Exchange of India], now derecognized.
At present the Company is carrying on the following business activities:
- To manufacture, buy, sell and import export of enter into any foreign collaboration and deal in all kinds of biscuits, breads, cakes, pastries, confectionery, sweets, chocolates, toffees, nuts, breakfast foods, protein foods, milk foods, dietic products, soyabean products, strained baby foods, expanded snacks, instant foods, invalid foods, cereal products, wheat flakes, maize flakes, premixes for biscuits and cakes and table delicacies food stuffs and provision of all kinds.
- To carry on the business of manufacturers, producers and processors of and dealers in milk, cream, curd, butter, ghee, cheese, condensed milk, soya milk, malted milk, milk powder, skimmed milk powder, yoghurt, ice milk, ice cream and milk preparations of all kinds.
- To carry on the business of farming, agriculture and horticulture in all their respective forms and branches and to grow, produce, manufacture, process, prepare, refine, extract, manipulate, hydrolise, deodorize, grind, bleach, hydrogenate, buy, sell or otherwise deal in all kinds of agriculture, horticulture, dairy, poultry, and farm produce and products including food grains, cereals, seeds, oilseeds, plants, flowers, vegetables, fruits, chutney, jelly, sauces, jams, pickles and edible oils, meat, fish, eggs and food products.
